General information

• Dialekto & Magkasama: age recommendations and/or classifications for programs are specified on each event.

• Magkasama: lockouts will commence 30 minutes after the event start time.

• Magkasama: food and drink (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) will be available by donation at the event. Cash and card payments accepted.

Tickets

Payments

• Tickets are sold online via the Eventbrite website.

• Tickets include GST and a non-refundable booking fee (99c +5% ticket cost).

• Cash payments will not be accepted.

• A participant's place is confirmed via email when full payment has been received.

• Tickets and tax receipts are issued from Eventbrite via email once paid.

Refunds

• Please select carefully as ticket sales are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

• If a ticketed program is postponed by management, the ticketholder will be offered an alternative program date or a full refund.

• If a ticketed program is cancelled by management, the ticketholder will be offered a full refund.

Online sessions

• Tickets, access instructions, and online links will be sent to the ticketholder’s email address.

• Online sessions will be valid for a limited time and cannot be accessed after the link has expired.
